Question

When should I RSVP by? Do I need to mail back my RSVP or can I do it online?

Answer

Great question, thanks for asking! We would love to get your RSVPs as soon as you know whether you can join us, and at the latest before July 1, 2022, to allow sufficient time for planning food, seating, and room setup. We are not sending paper invites, so please be sure to RSVP online through this website. Please make sure to RSVP for both the ceremony and the cocktail hour + reception. To do so, you must first RSVP for the ceremony, then click "Next Event" to get to the second page. Here, you can RSVP for the cocktail hour + reception, let us know about any food allergies, and make song requests. ***You must click “SUBMIT RSVP” on this second page to ensure that we receive your response.***

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There's free parking on the premises, so if you will be driving, go ahead and park in the lot for Zhou B Art Center. Again, the ceremony and reception are at the same venue, so you won't have to drive between events.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotel to the ceremony?

Answer

No, at this time, we do not have plans to shuttle people to and from the venue, as many people will be staying with friends or family, at Airbnbs, or other options besides the hotel blocks. You can use a ride share app (Lyft, Via, and Uber) or call a cab to arrive. Please let us know if you have questions or concerns.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress is cocktail attire, meaning cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or dark jackets and slacks. We want you to feel comfortable though, so if those shoes are too high or that top button is too tight, let it go. We hope to see as many of you on the dance floor as possible, so keep that in mind as you figure out what you want to wear.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5pm. We recommend that you plan to arrive 15-20 minutes ahead of the ceremony to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!

Question

Can I bring a date? And are kids welcome?

Answer

Thanks for asking! In order to keep our guest list on track we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding save the date. If you have any questions about your specific situation, please reach out to us via aaronandsheida@gmail.com.

Question

I have a food allergy. Can I make a special request?

Answer

Please email us at aaronandsheida@gmail.com to let us know any dietary restrictions! We want you to be safe and comfortable.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Since we have been living on our own for some time and are in our 30s, we already have many of the items we need to make a home. If you'd like to contribute to our much-delayed honeymoon or to other experiences, you can do so on the registry tab.
