We did not block off rooms at any hotel to allow our guests to reserve accommodations that suit them best. Also, you may be eligible for travel discounts as Costco/USAA member or through your cellular carrier (i.e. T-Mobile Tuesdays). Book low airfare on non-business travel days.
There are many options in Cocoa Beach, Florida and some recommendations have been provided. Alternate areas to consider if you will have transportation: Merritt Island (20min from CB), Satellite Beach (20min from CB), Indialantic Beach (30min from CB), and Melbourne Beach (35mins from CB). Please be sure to do your research of the area/hotel before committing.
October is a wonderful time of year in Florida with less humidity and 75-80 degree average daily temps. Rates should be reasonable compared to high travel timeframes like spring/summer.
