We graduated high school and our lives went in completely different directions for fate to bring us back together 20 years later. We each experienced heartbreaks, hardships, traumas and lost our way. Our life journeys had us believing true love and soulmates did not exist but the universe had a surprise in store. We reunited for both of us to experience a feeling like nothing ever before and it was challenging to understand, which we resisted at first. Then it became apparent that this feeling was very strong and undeniable and we decided to give love a chance. Our journey together has not been all magical but we have survived the storms with love, respect and admiration for one another. Aaron proclaimed his love by spontaneously proposing during a sunset sail in Key West, FL November 2021 and I said "Yes" with no ring presented (haha). The engagement ring came a couple weeks later and wedding planning began. A Soulmate usually only comes once in your life to shake things up, show you true love, and stand up to you in ways no one else ever has. They adore you, yet challenge you to your fullest potential. A soulmate relationship isn't only peaches and cream, it's roses and thorns. We confirm our love for each other October 22, 2022 with loved ones present. It feels good to marry your best friend.
