We are in a great area with plenty to do and the options are endless. Beach time may be all you need and there is nothing wrong with that.
Brevard Zoo is a short drive from Cocoa Beach and only 3 miles from our residence. Kennedy Space center, Port Canaveral, and NASA are an estimated 20 minutes away. The Original Ron Jon Shop Cocoa Beach is a must visit, as it is just a cool place in itself. Perfect spot for beachgoers, bodyboarders, skimboarding, surfers, and skaters. There are sunset sailing tours, dolphin swimming tours, fishing tours, jet ski/boat rentals, and kayaking through the bioluminescence filled waters as well. Also, various museums, theaters and shopping are all around.
Orlando is an hour drive to Universal Studios, Disney World or Animal Kingdom.
