We recommend flying into Denver International Airport (DIA), located about 1 hour 15 minutes from Bailey, CO. From the airport, the most convenient way to arrive to the venue is by car rental or carpooling with a local wedding guest, as Uber/Lyft are difficult to come by in Bailey. Please reach out to the bride or groom if you have any questions or concerns!

Deer Creek Mountain Camp
Our wedding venue can accommodate part of our guest list to sleep on site in various cabins and hotel rooms. We highly encourage guests to stay on site, as it’s the most convenient and budget-friendly option for enjoying all the wedding weekend festivities. Please designate on your RSVP if you would like to be considered for on-site lodging. Price will include coffee and breakfast each morning. Please see website for pictures of accommodations. If you prefer to stay off-site, we have reserved room blocks at two nearby mountain lodge-style hotels listed below. An alternative option (not blocked) is a grouping of 9 creekside modern-rustic luxury cabins in a retreat-like setting with amenities such as hot tubs and saunas. We are looking into shuttle options back and forth for Saturday afternoon/evening and will update the website when we have more information. To help ensure nearby lodging didn’t book up, we’ve pre-reserved 12 cabins for July 24–26 through various booking platforms. The cabins are spread throughout the surrounding area, all within about a 15 minute drive of the venue. Options range from sleeping 3 to sleeping 8 guests, with nightly rates between $230 and $740. Please note that there will not be a shuttle service to the cabins, and ride-share apps are not available in the area, so be sure to plan your transportation accordingly (aka have a DD!). If you’re interested in reserving one of these cabins, contact the bride or groom for access to a Google Doc listing all available options. Once you’ve chosen a cabin, we’ll coordinate with you to transfer the booking into your name and payment information. Any cabins that remain unclaimed will be released back to the booking platforms on June 30.
