2:00 pm - 10:00 pm
If staying on site, check in starts at 2pm. A note about accommodations: Our venue can accommodate many (but not all) of our guests on site in apartments, cabins, and tiny homes with a mix of queen and twin beds. Staying on site will be the most convenient and budget-friendly way to enjoy the wedding weekend. However, as this is a camp-style venue, most accommodations such as cabins and tiny homes will require sharing living spaces and bathrooms with other guests. We’ll do our best to group guests with people they know. Please designate on your RSVP if you want to be considered for on site lodging. Price is TBD, but will probably be between $60-65 per person per night and includes coffee and breakfast each morning. Please see the "Travel" page on our wedding website for more info.
2:30 pm - 5:30 pm
Join us on the field for yard games and refreshments! We’ll have a keg, but feel free to BYOB. This is a drop-in event, and all are welcome—whether staying on or off site!
5:30 pm - 10:00 pm
Dress code: neat casual; think a step above everyday wear without being formal. See FAQ page for more info.
Please join us Friday night for pizza and a bonfire! A local food truck will provide pizza and salad for everyone - GF, veggie, vegan options available. When the sun goes down, we'll start up a bonfire and have all the makings for s'mores. Beer and wine will be provided, but feel free to bring anything else that you would rather be sipping on around a campfire :)
10:00 am - 2:30 pm
Athletic clothes
In traditional camp fashion, we'll have some games and activities sprinkled in throughout the day. After you're fueled up on coffee, check out the chalkboard on site or the printout in your room to see what's on the schedule. All activities are drop-in and everyone is welcome to participate! Games not your thing? Feel free to wander around the hiking trails on the property, read a book in the picnic area, or check out Aspen Peak Cellars - a wine bar on the creek running through Bailey (about a 10 min drive away). We kindly ask for guests to provide their own lunch. All cabins are equipped with refrigerators and a kitchen or kitchenette. Grills will also be available throughout the property if you’d like to keep things simple with hamburgers, hot dogs, or something similar. See the FAQ page for further information and recommendations.
4:00 pm - 4:30 pm
Join us as we’ll gather beneath the aspen grove to say “I do.” We invite guests to arrive about 15 minutes before the ceremony to enjoy a glass of bubbly before finding a seat for our wedding ceremony. While we can’t wait to see you looking your best, please note that the ceremony will take place outdoors on natural grounds. We recommend choosing comfortable, stable footwear so you can relax and enjoy the moment with us. Dress in a way that feels celebratory, comfortable, and appropriate for the setting. Think wedding-ready — not black tie, not backyard BBQ. See FAQ page for more info.
4:30 pm - 11:00 pm
Time to celebrate! Join us for cocktail hour, dinner, speeches, and dancing, which will take place sprinkled throughout the beautiful cabins on site. Follow the crowd!
