How do I RSVP?

Answer

Please RSVP online by May 1st. You’ll be able to choose your plated meal and let us know about any dietary restrictions. Please visit the "RSVP" tab to submit your responses.

Are children invited?

We kindly request that our wedding celebration be an adults-only affair, allowing all our guests to fully relax and enjoy the evening. Thank you for understanding!

Where can I find accommodations?

Answer

We arranged a block of rooms at the Embassy Suites by Hilton San Diego Bay Downtown for you to book at a discounted price. The discounted group rate is available until May 7th. We recommend hotel options in both Coronado and San Diego. For details, please visit the “Travel” tab on our website.

Is parking available?

Answer

Yes, there is ample free parking at the Coronado Community Center and the adjacent City Hall. Rideshare options, like Uber or Lyft, are also convenient.

What should I wear?

The dress code is cocktail formal: Ladies: Floor-length gowns, knee-length cocktail dresses, pantsuits, or dressy jumpsuits Gentlemen: Suits (tie optional), smart blazers, or dress shirts

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both! The ceremony will be on the lawn in front of the community center, followed by cocktail hour on the outdoor patio. The reception will be indoors in the community center’s Nautilus Room.

Will alcohol be served?

Answer

Yes! Our celebration includes a welcome drink, a cocktail hour, and an open bar. Alcohol will be available on the patio and in the reception hall, but not at the ceremony area.

What time should I arrive?

Welcome cocktails start at 3:00 pm, with the ceremony beginning promptly at 4:00 pm.

The reception will conclude at 11:00 pm. No additional after-party is planned.

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you enjoy the ceremony without taking photos. Professional photographers will be capturing the moment, and we welcome you to take photos throughout the evening's festivities!

Cocktail hour will feature passed hors d’oeuvres, followed by a seated dinner with a choice of entrée. Please let us know of any dietary restrictions when you RSVP.

In early June, Coronado temperatures are typically between 72-62°F (23-14°C), with mild evenings perfect for celebrating!
