Sternwheeler River Cruise ("The Welcome Float")

Casual Attire — Anything goes, from sundresses and sandals to jeans and tees.
Transportation — shuttles will not be provided. Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Columbia River Gorge and have a relaxing morning on the water. Coffee, cider, and donuts will be provided to give that Fall weather feeling. Please arrive by 9:30 am to allow for check-in and boarding. The boat will depart promptly at 9:50am.
Welcome Party ("The Night Before")
6:00 pm - 9:00 pm

Winery Chic [Cocktail Attire] — Ladies: dressy jumpsuits, midi/maxi cocktail dresses, skirts with blouses, or tailored trousers. The bride kindly requests no white or white-patterned dresses :D Gentlemen: Sport coats, blazers, or dress shirts with slacks, trousers or chinos. Ties optional.
Transportation — shuttles will be provided. Where the festivities formally begin! Arrive at the welcome party by 6pm to catch the last rays of sunset and hopefully views of Mt. Adams and Mt Hood (fingers crossed that we are lucky with the weather). Light bites and drinks provided.

Ceremony & Reception ("The Wedding")

Semi-Formal Attire — Ladies: ankle or floor length dresses. The bride kindly requests no white. :D Gentleman: Suits with ties.
Transportation — shuttles will be available from all guest hotels. The Griffin House has no parking! Shuttle schedules are currently work-in-progress based on final guest accommodations. Timing — Oregon State has a strict 10pm noise cut-off ordinance, so we'll start the ceremony promptly at 4pm to maximize time to party! We respectfully ask you to arrive to shuttle locations on-time. Weather — October in Hood River can either be full summer heat or fall winds and chills. We recommend you check the weather in advance and bring a light jacket or shawl. We encourage a bright & colorful puffy for the PNW!

We aren't going to let a little sound ordinance stop us! The party continues downtown Hood River at Whiskey Tango. We've reserved the top floor. There will be live music, food, drinks, and shenanigans.
