Where is the venue?

Answer

The Old Rancho is located at 2770 Sunny Creek Road in Carlsbad, CA. Please note that the venue is about 45 minutes from Downtown San Diego.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive at 3:30 p.m. so you have time to grab a welcome drink, sign our guestbook, and relax! A word to the wise: don't underestimate traffic. Our wedding is on a weekday near rush hour, which means you can expect some significant traffic traveling north and south.

What should I wear?

Answer

We're requesting a Summer Formal dress code, which means suits and long dresses are appropriate with consideration to the warmer weather. Bright, festive colors are encouraged! No jeans, casual sun dresses, or short-sleeve shirts, please. Please note that both our ceremony and reception will be outside! As it will be early summer in coastal Southern California, please be prepared for warm weather during the day and a cooler evening.

Is there parking?

Answer

Yes, there is plenty of free, on-site parking at the Old Rancho. In fact, you may even leave your car overnight (to be picked up in the morning) if you party a little too hard!

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

The people invited are those that are addressed on the envelope. If a guest was indicated on your invitation, feel free to bring anyone you like. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate additional plus-ones or young children due to venue capacity restrictions.

Can I bring a gift?

Answer

If you would like to honor us with a gift, please have it delivered to our home as we will be traveling! Our registries on Zola and Anthropologie are pre-loaded with our home address so anything purchased will ship straight to us. There will be a card box at our reception.
