Stillwater, Minnesota is a very quaint, picturesque town that's considered the "Birthplace of Minnesota"
Stillwater is about a 40 minute drive from the Minneapolis/St. Paul Airport, so if you're flying in from out of town we recommend renting a car for the weekend.
However, the Welcome Party on Friday is walking distance from Downtown Stillwater, and on Saturday we will have a shuttle going between Downtown Stillwater and the wedding venue, so it's not necessarily required to have a car should you choose not to rent one.
There are many hotels in the area ranging from boutique to more budget friendly! We've listed a few below to help get you started on your search. There are nice airbnbs in the area as well if you prefer that route!
Stillwater also has a handful of lovely true bed and breakfasts in old victorian style homes you can find through a quick search on google maps!
