Wedding Day shuttle between Downtown Stillwater and The Outing Lodge
3:45 pm - 11:45 pm
Pickup points and times before ceremony: DOWNTOWN AREA - 3:45pm at Hotel Crosby HIGHWAY 36 HOTELS - 3:45pm at AmericInn (if you are staying at quality inn, country inn, stillwater inn, or astoria inn, please let Katie or Brady know ASAP so that we can arrange a second stop on that side of the highway so that you don't need to walk over an overpass). At the end of the evening, shuttles will be running from the outing lodge to downtown/hwy 36 hotels starting at 9:30pm with the last shuttle leaving at midnight! Tell the driver where you are headed (downtown or hwy 36) so they can get you to the right place and not make unnecessary stops!

Food will be buffet style with main course options of carved beef loin and salmon (you can have both or choose one), bread, salad, and vegetable/potato sides. A specified number of vegetarian and/or vegan meals will be made available (however many we need) so please indicate in your RSVP if you would like a vegetarian or vegan main course instead of the beef or fish options.
