Food will be buffet style with main course options of carved beef loin and salmon (you can have both or choose one), bread, salad, and vegetable/potato sides. A specified number of vegetarian and/or vegan meals will be made available (however many we need) so please indicate in your RSVP if you would like a vegetarian or vegan main course instead of the beef or fish options.

Wedding Day shuttle between Downtown Stillwater and The Outing Lodge

11:15 pm - 11:15 pm

Estimated Timing: 2:45-4:15pm and 10:00-11:30pm (check transportation page for shuttle schedule closer to wedding date)

In order to effectively plan for our shuttle needs, please let us know if you plan on taking the shuttle we will have going between Downtown Stillwater and The Outing Lodge before the ceremony and at the end of the reception. The shuttle will be running for the hour and a half before the ceremony and the final hour and a half of the reception. IF YOU ARE TAKING THE SHUTTLE we would love if you tell us below where you are staying so that we can choose a convenient pickup/drop off location for the shuttle - especially if you're staying at the hotels just out of downtown up on Highway 36. If we don't hear of anyone staying at the hotels on Hwy 36, the only pickup point will be in Downtown which would be a hefty walk for you! If you are happy with a Downtown Stillwater pickup/drop off point only, feel free to leave it blank.
