Rehearsal Dinner

4:00 pm - 9:00 pm

REHEARSAL DINNER is for our wedding party, out of town guests, and immediate family members. PLEASE NOTE this is an Open House - come whenever and for stay however long you want! SPECIAL SURPRISE at 6:45pm - we hope your are able to join us :) ATTIRE is Casual. Shorts, flip flops, and sundresses are welcome. DINNER & COCKTAILS will be served throughout the evening. PARK in the cul-de-sac. If it’s full, there is a parking lot next to a community pool on your way into the neighborhood that is a ~5 minute walk.

Wedding

4:00 pm - 10:00 pm

ATTIRE is Semi-formal. Wear sundresses, floral prints, suits in lighter hues. The grass may be soft so we suggest steering clear of high heels.

CEREMONY begins at 4pm. Please arrive at the venue anytime between 3:30pm and 4pm. PLEASE NOTE - The entrance is a bit hidden and will creep up on you! Be on the lookout for a large metal Rooster. WEATHER permitting, the Reception, Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Dinner will all be outside. We'll then take the party inside for a dance off. For reference, the average temperature range for Lyons in late September is between 45 - 70 degrees. DINNER will be served family-style. Protein options will be steak and chicken. If you require a vegetarian option or have dietary restrictions, please let us know ahead of time. TRANSPORTATION - You will need to drive or ride share to the venue. For those planning to have an extra good time, we will have 2 sprinter vans ready to take guests back to the Boulder Marriott at the end of the night. Any cars left overnight must be picked up by 10 am on Monday.

Brunch

9:00 am - 12:00 pm

WE WILL be hosting an open house at our home in Erie the morning after the wedding. All guests are welcome to stop by and say hi before departing back home. OPEN HOUSE from 9 - noon. A LIGHT BREAKFAST and coffee will be available.
