Are kids welcomed to attend the ceremony and reception?

Answer

With the exception of the flower girl(s) and ring bearer, both the ceremony and reception are for ADULTS ONLY. We love and appreciate you for respecting our wishes!

What if I/We forget to RSVP?

Answer

Though we hope to share our special day with all of you, whether you CAN or CAN NOT ATTEND, please give us the courtesy of an RSVP. If you know for certain whether you’ll be attending or not, please go ahead and RSVP. The sooner we hear back from you, the better. SEATING IS VERY LIMITED and we are still trying our best to accomodate as many loved ones as possible. Wedding invitations will be mailed closer to the date of the ceremony. The FINAL RSVP DEADLINE is October 8, 2018. (NO RSVP, NO ENTRY)! For your convenience, you can RSVP via the website!

Will the Ceremony begin on time?

Answer

YES! Though some things in life are completely beyond our control, we believe in respecting our time and yours! It is our firm intent to begin the ceremony ON TIME and allow the evening to unfold accordingly. Please plan to arrive at least 30-35 minutes prior to the prelude, given Nashville’s traffic nightmares and Bypass adversities! We STRONGLY encourage you to factor in plenty of travel time!

How should I dress?

Answer

Semi-formal/Formal Attire is requested. A suit and tie for MEN. A nice dress for WOMEN! (NO JEANS OR SNEAKERS)! As you already know, the weather in November is very unpredictable. If it is nice, dress for an outdoor ceremony. You may want to bring a light jacket or coat! If the weather is less than ideal, the ceremony will be held inside. Let’s pray in unity for sunshine and warm weather on November 8th!

Where should I stay?

Answer

The Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, in Hendersonville, TN, is a fairly new establishment located on a busy strip with everything you need to be comfortable during your stay - restaurants, shopping, movie theater, etc. The hotel has many amenities, including an indoor pool, it's located 2.9 miles from the wedding venue, and you won’t have to worry about Nashville’s gridlocked traffic. The Candlewood Suites in Goodlettsville, TN is also a new hotel and far more budget friendly! It is 6.9 miles from the wedding venue and in very close proximity to Rivergate Mall, a movie theater, restaurants, etc. More information pertaining to both the Fairfield Inn and Suites and Candlewood Suites can be found under the TRAVEL heading of this website!

Into what airport should I fly?

Answer

The wedding and reception will be held in Hendersonville, TN. Please make arrangements to fly to and from the NASHVILLE INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (BNA).

Will I need a car during my stay?

Answer

The hotel is about 30 minutes from the airport! You may consider renting a car or securing an UBER. The approximate cost of an UBER one way, to the hotel, is $28-40.

Am I allowed to bring a guest?

Answer

This was one of the most challenging decisions made! Please know that we tried our very best to share our special day and accommodate as many family, friends, and loved ones as we possibly could, but unfortunately, SEATING IS VERY LIMITED. When you type in your name to RSVP, either your name ONLY will appear, your name and the name(s) of additional family members will appear, OR your name and the word "GUEST" (i.e. - your significant other) will appear. ONLY these individuals are permitted to attend the ceremony and reception. Again, EVERY PERSON'S NAME that appears, including the GUEST (if applicable) MUST RSVP on the website in order to be admitted.
