Rachael Marie Weddings is a boutique wedding planning shop, that can help you design, plan, and execute your perfect day! I work closely with each of my couples to create a personalized approach that is tailored to their unique wedding vision. Because I am a one-woman shop, and due to the bespoke nature of my work, I plan a limited number of weddings per year. ​ Although I'm based out of Denver, CO, I'm happy to travel to your wedding location, whether that be in our beautiful state, or any of the surrounding areas!

Because I’m a one-woman team, you will be working with me, and only me, and I treat each wedding as if it were my own. I’m not one of those planners that has you fill out a bridal questionnaire or client profile form; I prefer to tease out those details with my couples over video chat, phone calls, text, and in-person meetings, where we can grab coffee, talk about your wedding vision, and jot down to-do lists. You can think of me as your partner in crime throughout this process (who occasionally tells you what to do, and keeps things on track)!

My Full-Service Planning package is for those couples that may have some ideas and have a vision for their wedding, but need someone to guide them through the wedding planning process and take on the bulk of the planning.

For those couples that are looking for something between the Day-of Coordination and Full-Service Planning packages. You can purchase a bucket of hours, that can be used for pretty much anything planning and design-related.

My Wedding Day Coordination package is designed for those couple that have planned their wedding themselves, and just need a coordinator to step in on the wedding day to handle vendor coordination, timeline management, setup, teardown, and a host of other tasks. Myself + 1 assistant is included on your wedding day.

    I would highly recommend Rachael for your wedding day. She was easy to communicate with and very responsive. I had no worries on my wedding day, she took care of everything from set up to tear down. Even running out to the store when we ran out of vodka. Thanks again Rachael!

    Rachael was an amazing day of coordinator and I can't recommend her enough to any couple in the midst of wedding planning. From our initial conversation, it was clear that Rachael has a deep understanding of the wedding industry and all the details (big and small) that go into making your wedding day perfect. While we went with the day of coordinator package, Rachael made herself available to answer questions throughout the entire planning process to answer questions and make recommendations. Additionally, she would check-in periodically to collect contracts and make sure I had everything I needed. I also really appreciate that Rachael offers add on support hours in case you need a bit more help. Her organization and documents made me feel really confident that all aspects of planning had been addressed.  When it comes to the day of, I got so many compliments on how efficient Rachael was in making sure everything ran smoothly and according to plan (even for the rehearsal!). If there were any issues, I didn't and still don't know about them. Rachael made sure to get the information for my Maid of Honor and Best Woman so they were her go to people if she needed anything rather than myself and my husband. She made sure all our decor was set up as envisioned and ensured that all vendors delivered what they were contracted to provide. I truly don't believe that our day would have been as amazing as it was without her there.  Overall, I HIGHLY recommend Rachael to any couple in the wedding planning process!

    Rachael was a massive help in planning our wedding in September of 2023. She was thorough, professional, and highly organized.     We booked Rachael's day-of-coordinator package for our wedding in Denver, Colorado. She made our wedding day stress free and we really got to enjoy our day while Rachael took care of even the smallest details. Leading up to the wedding, Rachael met with us several times. We felt she truly cared about our event and what we wanted our day to look like. She really went above and beyond for us.
