Non-Responsive

Talked with owner and knew of this wedding photography company through my daughter, about doing a photo shoot for my adult daughter's birthday...the owner has done photo shoots for my daughter in the past and they sort of developed a friendship. This photographer has asked my daughter many times to do photo shoots for her to build her portfolio, and sometimes cancelled on her, LAST MINUTE, without the owner understanding the time out of my daughter's schedule, (a single mom btw), and time to decide outfits and makeup and hair. Anyway, I contacted the owner, and she finally responded about doing something and liked my idea of doing a Sex in the City type photo shoot in downtown Cleveland. She was on vacation in Mexico at the time contacted her but would get back to me and after no response in my several follow up requests after my initial contact with her, I figured she just couldn't do it. Finally she responded saying her phone fell in the pool and it just recovered from being buried in rice, (really?). Okay. She said okay we can do a Sunday with her friends downtown Cleveland with a NYC vibe, etc., and I'll send you details about where to meet and at what time. Did not get anything. Asked again several times, and finally she said, oh sorry, Yes, I will send the information right now by email and we had also talked about price. I said okay, I will pay the fee for the photo shoot, no problem. Never got the detailed information or how to pay. Asked again several times, no response...finally I sent out a last response that I never got anything and too late now to do the photo shoot on ex date, but oh well, the night before my daughter and friends were not feeling it the next day for a photo shoot anyway, but thanks anyway (and had never replied to my numerous follow ups or final message that I sent to her, essentially ghosting me). How can she run a business and be so unresponsive and promise or say yes, I do want to do this photo shoot for you and then not respond with information and confirm, and how to pay, so we can do the shoot...she led me on and did not respond, say yes I want to do it, sounds great, and then never tell me no, I can't do it after all or don't want to do it and then just not respond to my follow ups. COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE on how to respond to customer or potential customer request....say yes and then ghost me on it?????????
