Eiffel Tower was established in 1978 by Master Chef Katie Mercier. The business started out as a retail business specializing in exquisite international gourmet cuisines, amazing artistic food presentations, and outstanding floral arrangements. In the year 2000, after having taught everything she knows about running the business and sharing her culinary techniques with then executive chef Tom Vanderbeek.

We customize events to or clients taste. Eiffel Tower Fine Catering was formally turned over to him. Since then Tom has put all his knowledge and skills to work and combined them with a genuine commitment to total customer satisfaction and delight to spearhead Eiffel Tower Fine Catering's rise to new heights of success in SLC!
