Laramie Plains Museum is located near the University of Wyoming and the Ivinson Mansion, close to downtown Laramie. The Alice Hardie Stevens Center is located on the Ivinson Mansion block. The walls still carry the echoes of the past and add a sense of grandeur to the occasion. The exceptional, and recently expanded, AHSC boasts a magnificent ballroom, complete with wooden floors, a vaulted ceiling, a stage, and shimmering overhead chandeliers. The beautiful AHSC building was built over a century ago and contains a stunning dressing room where nearlyweds and their wedding party can prepare on-site, hassle-free. In addition, the AHSC features a fully equipped kitchen, where the celebration’s all-important delectable meal can be prepared as the attendees' soak in the property’s historic atmosphere. All in all, the building can accommodate up to 200 loved ones for a seated meal, or up to 350 for a standing get-together.

The home is handicap accessible and thoughtfully equipped with a full kitchen, laundry room, fitness room, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi to ensure a comfortable and convenient stay. The spacious layout also provides an ideal setting for wedding day preparations, from getting ready with your bridal party to sharing quiet moments with family before saying I do. Step outside to enjoy the private deck overlooking towering pine, juniper, and aspen trees. The peaceful sounds of a nearby creek, a tranquil pond, and the occasional visit from local wildlife create a beautiful backdrop! With ample parking for multiple vehicles, RVs, and trailers, The Serenity House easily accommodates wedding guests traveling from near and far.

Prairie Sky is a versatile event venue. We can host weddings with up to 260 guests. We can sleep 20 of those guests in our Schoolroom suites and another 10 in our country home all on our 5 acre property. We recently finished our Schoolhouse remodel and it sleeps 8-10 and is located on our adjacent property about a mile down the road. Eastern Wyoming offers big prairie expanses and beautiful skies. They never fail to deliver a beautiful backdrop! The venue herself is composed of a 100 year old chapel, grand hall that boasts 20 foot ceilings and a great deck to enjoy the evening air! The Fireside room with a beautiful stonewall fireplace. All of our packages come with tables and chairs to seat 260. It also comes with use of all the event venue spaces, our bride suite and grooms room.
