What will the weather be like this time of year?

Answer

If there's one thing we know from living in Colorado, even the weather forecasts are wrong. Mountain weather is extremely difficult to predict, so plan for anything (i.e. layers)! Warm days, afternoon thunderstorms, and cool evenings are quite common. Tahoe is also at altitude - make sure to hydrate and bring sunscreen!

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Everything will be outdoors, if rain or inclement weather is in the forecast we will have a tent at the reception. The ceremony and reception have grass on the ground and the cocktail hour will be on bark - make sure to wear appropriate footwear! See the weather FAQ for more details on what to plan for.

We love little ones, but this is an adult only event. We invite you to take the weekend off for some adult-only fun.

Answer

While we love who you love, please only come with the guests listed on your invitation. We will not have enough seating or food for any extra guests. If you believe your invitation is wrong, please reach out to Zoey or Luke!
