Daytime Cocktail Attire: Wear skirts, dresses, rompers, jumpsuits, and button downs, jackets and slacks (keep in mind when selecting footwear that the reception will be hosted on a pool deck)
The Mayor's Balcony is located on the 2nd floor of City Hall. For those who will be driving, there is a public parking garage available for your use at City Hall, although parking availability is not guaranteed. City Hall is also located within walking distance from Civic Center BART and easily accessible via Uber/Lyft or Taxi
