Hotel
We’ve reserved a block of rooms at The Simon Sydney for our wedding guests. The rooms must be booked by June 23rd. Any rooms not booked by June 23rd are opened back to the public and there will no longer be a discount. Each room is a king suite featuring a kitchenette and living room area with a pullout couch, as well as a separate bedroom with a king bed. To reserve a room, please call The Simon Hotel at +1 (800) 565-9466 and request to book under the Melnyk/Humby Wedding. When booking, the full rate may appear at first, but The Simon is offering a $200 CAD wedding discount. The final total will be $200 CAD less per room for your stay, applied when the booking is complete or at check-in.

The Sydney Airport (YQY) is smaller, but only a 20 minute drive to The Simon Hotel. You can book a taxi with Over Seas Taxi by either calling +1 9025630001 or on their website https://overseastaxi.ca/
Flight
The Halifax airport (YHZ) is larger and approximately a four-hour drive from Sydney, Nova Scotia. The airport has rental cars available, but we recommend booking early.
