You know how much the Zabel's love pickleball! Zoe and Pierce try and play here once a week. Fort Worth's first Restaurant and Pickleball facility. The perfect place to enjoy delicious food, craft cocktails, Pickleball, live music, and backyard pickleball. We recommend reserving a court if you are interested in going. Court reservations open 7 days before desired game time pickleball paddles and balls can be rented.
The Fort Worth Herd
Every day 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m. The Old West comes to life before your eyes during the world's only twice-daily cattle drive presented by the Fort Worth Herd. Real Texas cowhands drive a herd of Texas longhorns down East Exchange Avenue in the Stockyards National Historic District every day at 11:30 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Hop in and out of any store in the Fort Worth Stockyards and you're sture to find a treasure! One of Kathy and Dave's favorite spots where they have purchased furniture is Rio's in the Stockyards on 2465 N Main Street. Also check out the Tecovas and Lucchese stores if you're hoping to come home with a pair of cowboy boots.

Unlike anything else you'll expereince, located just steps from the hotel block you'll find a famous Tex-Mex joint from 1935 serving only fajitas and enchiladas. Don't be intimated by the long wait the line moves fast and you can drink margs in line! This is where we had our first date!

One of our favorite spots! Casual dining serving barbecue in a lively outdoor atmosphere. Try the brisket, brussel sprouts and the Mexican corn! Great spot for day drinking pro tip: rent bikes next to the resturant and bike along the Trinity before stopping in for drinks!

Kath & Dave have a reservation here almost every time they visit the girls in Fort Worth! Upscale steakhouse with incredible food and lively vibes. Book a reservation in advance and don't skip the deviled eggs!
97 West Kitchen & Bar
Located inside an adorable hotel in the Stockyards, 97 West brings classic Southern cooking in a vibey atmosphere! Stop by for dinner and head out back of the resturant for drinks and live music on their gravel patio.
HG Sply & Bike Ride on the Trinity
Warehouse vibe outdoor eatery with tons of allergy accomodating food options all with a healthy twist. Try their vegan cashew queso or sip on the best moscow mule you'll ever try! You can rent bikes and bike the Trinity River before stopping in for drinks and apps.

Sprawling truck yard brewhouse offering a diverse beer menu and generous plates of chicken wings & french fries. Great spot for day drinking in the stockyards!

Cowtown Cycle Party
The Cycle Party is powered by friends pedaling with a little help from a pedal-assist motor. It’s a fun, eco-friendly way to get some fresh air and exercise while visiting attractions in Downtown Fort Worth and the Near Southside! Groups of 8-16 adults rent the BYOB Cowtown Cycle Party for a two-hour tour and they provide the driver. The best way to see Fort Worth is on a big bike!
