Question

How do I get to the Ceremony/ Church?

Answer

The Ceremony is being held at Dahlgren Chapel on Georgetown University Campus. We suggest Uber/ Lyft or Taxi Service. The easiest drop off location is at the Main Gate Entrance for the College- 37th Street NW & cross street, O Street NW. We then suggest following the path we mapped out on the map provided with your invitation. You can also find the digital version on our “schedule page.” Please don’t hesitate to reach out with further questions.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

All guests excluding Bridal Party should arrive & gather outside the Church prior to 3:00pm. Doors to the Church will then open at 3:00pm sharp for Guests to be seated & settled prior to the commencement of the Ceremony.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

No. Due to everyone staying wherever they wish around the beautiful city of DC we will not be providing transport from the Hotel to the Ceremony. There also won’t be transport provided at the conclusion of the event. We strongly encourage guests to use Uber/ Lyft or Cab services.

Is there transportation to the Reception from the Ceremony?

YES! Check out the Travel/ Transportation page for specific details on the provided Trolley. This will be running from the Main Gate Entrance of the College Campus (37th & O Street)

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Its time is Suit up & Dress up! Our Dress code for the evening is Formal/ Black Tie.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We are registered through here on Zola- find the link above! We are so appreciative you wish to get us a gift for the start of our marital lives- we just kindly ask that due to the wedding being a "destination" that you would please consider sending the gifts to our home address in Las Vegas instead of bringing them to the Wedding itself. This will reduce travel stresses for anyone.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kids but we also love the thought of you having a kid free day/ night! This is your time to party too, so this will be an adults only evening. Thankyou for understanding.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

YES. Our caterer is already accomodating for both Nut & Shellfish allergies, this means all food served at our event will not contain any nut or shellfish ingredients nor will be prepared near any outside event food to prevent any cross contamination. If you have allergies outside nuts & shellfish please inform us when you RSVP & select your meal.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes & No. DC is a very tricky city when it comes to parking, there are a lot of permit only parking areas specifically around Georgetown Campus & non permit parking is pretty hard to come by on the weekend. The area then around the Reception venue is also very restricted as we will be near The White House & National Monuments. We really recommend getting an Uber or Lyft to the Ceremony. We will then provide the transport from the Ceremony to the Reception.
