Please RSVP as early as you can! The definitive RSVP deadline is June 6th, 2023.
Yes, please be vaccinated and boosted! Please make responsible choices and do not attend if you think you may have COVID. While we want to celebrate with all our friends and family, we also want everyone to be safe!
No, there will not be transportation to and from the venue. Guests will need to drive to and from the venue, or book a ride-sharing service. We highly recommend carpooling with others and scheduling rides ahead of time.
There is a large parking lot right next to the Lodge. You will see it when you drive in! Please do not park on the grass.
Guests may arrive at the Lodge beginning at 4:00pm. Please arrive by 4:45pm at the latest, so that you are on time for the 5:00pm ceremony. For guests staying at the lodge, we recommend that you arrive as close to 4:00pm as possible so that you have time to find your room and drop your bags.
Due to space limitations, we are unable to accommodate everyone's children at our wedding. Please note that your children are only invited if specifically named on your RSVP page. If this impacts your ability to attend, please reach out to us. Thank you for understanding!
Please do not bring a plus-one unless you are specifically allocated a "+ guest" on your wedding invitation and/or RSVP page. If you were not given a plus-one and would like to bring someone, please reach out to us prior to the RSVP deadline and we'll see if we can accommodate you.
The "dress code" is dressy-casual/semi-formal. A wide range of attire is acceptable including cocktail dresses, garden/summer dresses, jumpsuits, pantsuits, slacks and a dress shirt, etc. We want you to be comfortable! August in Seattle is typically warm and sunny, but please remember that the weather is unpredictable and our wedding is entirely outdoors. Also, if you decide to wear heels, block heels or wedges are recommended over stilettos for easier navigation in the grass.
We have a large tent complete with sidewalls and a separate covered indoor space in case of rainy weather. Dinner will take place under the tent, regardless of weather.
Yes! Please add a comment to your RSVP if you have a food allergy or dietary restriction. Note: We will have plenty of vegetarian options available!
Yes, we will have an open bar with beer, wine, and hard seltzer. Drinks will be available throughout the event! Liquor will not be served at the bar due to venue/licensing rules. Feel free to bring cash to tip the bartender.
