Question
Will we provide transportation to the venue?
Answer
Yes! There will be trolleys providing transportation to and from the Hampton Inn. The trolley has 26 seats. This trolley service is encouraged for everyone, not just those staying at the Hampton Inn. For those who prefer to drive to the venue, see below. Of note, Uber and Lyft are not typically available in this area and taxis book up quick. Brunswick Taxi company was recommended by the venue as an option.

Is there parking at the venue?
Answer
Nearby parking is limited! There is parking located at the Albert F Totman Public Library in Phippsburg, which is just a few houses down from the venue. Guests may park there during the wedding ceremony and reception, but no overnight parking is allowed. There are 24 parking spots at the library. We encourage those staying in Bath to utilize the trolley service to and from the Hampton Inn!

What time should I arrive on Saturday if I do not take the trolley?
Answer
Seating begins as early as 3:00 pm and the ceremony starts promptly at 3:30 pm.

What is the wedding day dress code?
Answer
Cocktail attire (suits, ties, dresses of all lengths, jumpsuits) meets garden party (think colors, florals, and patterns)! Please keep in mind that weather permitting, we will be on grass for the ceremony and the cocktail hour. The outdoor dance area includes grass and gravel, so wear your favorite wedges, flats, block heels, or flat soled shoes instead of stilettos!

Is the event indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Weather permitting, the ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors. We will then move into the barn for dinner and dancing. Please keep an eye on the forecast as June in Maine is a beautiful time, but can get chilly at night. Bug spray will also be provided!

Due to capacity limitations, we will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
