What is the best way to get to Whidbey Island?

Answer

There are two ways to reach Whidbey Island: the Mukilteo-Clinton ferry or driving around via Deception Pass. To avoid heavy holiday traffic, we strongly recommend driving via Deception Pass. Over the 4th of July weekend, ferry wait times can be as long as five hours.

How do you get to Whidbey Island via Deception Pass?

Take I-5 north from Seattle Take exit 226 Turn left onto state highway-536W Turn left onto state highway 20 at the two-lane roundabout Travel about 4 miles until you cross over the Deception Pass Bridge into Whidbey Island. Fireseed address is 6051 Coles Road Langley, WA 98260

How do you get to Whidbey Island via Mukilto-Clinton ferry?

Answer

You can buy tickets online or when you arrive to the ferry terminal. Even if you purchase a ferry ticket ahead of time, you will still have to wait in line. Although the ferry trip is roughly 15 minutes, the ferry wait can be up to five hours over 4th of July weekend so please plan accordingly. We highly recommend driving around via Deception Pass.

Is there a dress code?

The attire is semi-formal! We’d love to see your best dresses and that suit you only wear a couple times a year. Our ceremony will be on grass so please be aware of your heels! The rest of the festivities are on solid ground!

Plenty of parking at the venue and you can leave your car overnight if necessary!

Are there Uber's on the Island?

No there are no uber drivers but there is All Island Express Taxi Service at (360) 341-TAXI.

Is the ceremony & reception at the same place?

Answer

Yes! the ceremony and reception will be at the same location. The ceremony will be on grass and the reception will be held inside the beautiful barn on site!

When should we arrive to the venue?

Please arrive at 3pm for a glass of champagne to enjoy our beautiful venue before the ceremony begins at 3:30pm!
