Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn

With the exception of the ceremony/reception, all of our events will take place at the Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn in Rhinebeck, NY. The hotel is walking distance to restaurants, bars, and shops, and we will provide shuttle service from the Beekman to and from the main event on Saturday. Shuttles will leave for Hutton at 3:45 pm and pick up at Hutton at 10 pm, 10:30 pm, and 11 pm. You should be able to find them directly in front of the main hotel. At present, it looks like the Beekman has 1-2 rooms available. If you would like to reserve one of these rooms, you can send us an email at our wedding address hugheswashingtonwedding@gmail.com, and we will put you in direct contact with the event manager at the hotel.

Alternate Accomodations
If you want to use points or you would prefer a larger hotel, the Residence Inn by Marriott Kingston and Courtyard by Marriott Kingston are just across the river in Kingston, NY. For a luxurious experience closer to the Beekman, you might consider the Mirbeau Inn & Spa Rhinebeck. There are also some really lovely Air BnBs in the area - we happen to be staying in one earlier the week of the wedding.
