The ceremony and reception will take place at the Hutton Brickyards in Kingston, NY.
The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm on Saturday, June 10. The reception will follow directly and conclude at 11:00 pm.
Outdoors - cross your fingers and toes for good weather!
You can find the dress code for each event on the Schedule page on our website. The ceremony/reception will be held in a field overlooking the Hudson, so you may want to bring a jacket for when the temperature drops in the evening and leave your stilettos at home!
Shuttle service to Hutton Brickyards will be provided to and from the Beekman Arms, but, if you prefer to drive, there will be free parking at the venue. Shuttle Passengers: Shuttles will be parked directly in front of the Beekman at 3:30 pm and leave for Hutton Brickyards at 3:45 pm. They will pick up at Hutton at 10:00 pm, 10:30 pm, and 11:00 pm and take guests back to the Beekman for the after party. Drivers: Please make sure you arrive no later than 4:25 pm to avoid walking in during the processional. Please also note that there are multiple addresses for Hutton Brickyards online. The following is the address you should use for your GPS: 200 North St, Kingston, NY 12401. Parking is toward the end of the property on the left and the ceremony will be in the North Field past the Kiln Building Ruins (see attached map, which has both the parking and ceremony locations starred).

We are excited to offer discounted rooms at the Beekman Arms & Delamater Inn - the oldest continuously operated hotel in America. We just got an update that there are 1-2 rooms open at the hotel. If you emailed about a specific allergy, we have likely already been in touch. If you are gluten-free, dairy-free, or vegetarian, there should be options for you for every meal (including dessert) and they will be clearly marked on our menus. We are happily registered through Zola! Just click the "Registry" tab at the top of the site to see our funds and items.
We love photos, though we ask that you refrain from taking them during the ceremony: we would like that special time to be unplugged.
We are cognizant that this is a large event and the pandemic is not over. As part of our commitment to health and safety, our ceremony and reception will take place outside, rain or shine (if it rains, the ceremony and reception will take place in an open-air pavilion).
