Here is a schedule of shuttles: Pick up at hotels LECOM HARBORCENTER: 2:15 Holiday Inn Express and Suites: 2:40 Hilton Garden Inn Buffalo downtown: 3:00 *multiple busses will be shuttling around this time from Hilton Garden Inn, our reccomendation is to be ready in front of the hotel by 2:45. Drop off to hotels from Avanti Mansion: shuttles will run from 9-11:15 PM

In order to start booking in our block, please note that the group block code is PSWB23. The instructions for how to book online and on the phone are below: - To book over the phone, please contact Hilton Reservations at 1-855-446-1178 or contact hotel directly at 716-848-1000. Please inform an associate of the dates that you wish to book under the code PSWB23. - To book online, please proceed to the hotel website: www.buffalodowntown.hgi.com. On the home page, enter the arrival and departure dates for the stay. Before selecting the Check Rooms and Rates button, click the link underneath to “Add a Special Rate" and enter the group code in there. The cutoff date for reserving under the block is July 18th, 2023.
