Yellowstone National Park

Yellowstone's South entrance is about an hour drive from Jackson Hole, and the park has tons to offer whether you plan on doing a half day trip, or extending your time in Wyoming to explore. If you are looking to spend a half day to full day in the park, we recommend leaving early and driving to Old Faithful (~2 hour drive), where there is a ~5 mile, easy walk around several geysers and hot springs. You will likely see a few bison along the way. Other sites nearby include the Grand Prismatic Spring and Thumb Lake. If you plan on extending your trip in Wyoming and venturing up to Yellowstone, please see the example 3-day itinerary attached.
