What happens if I do not RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by August 1st. If we do not receive your response by then, we will assume you are unable to attend. Your RSVP helps us finalize important details such as seating arrangements, catering, and other items. We truly hope you can join us and appreciate your timely response. If you do not respond, we do ask that you do not show up, as it is unlikely that space will be made available.

Where can I park?

After entering Hawks Nest's entrance, if you follow the main road all the way down, there will be a parking area on the right side!

Will the ceremony/reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside in a grassy area. The reception will be held inside the barn afterwards. If it rains, both will be held inside the barn.

What would you like us to not wear?

Answer

Great question! Please avoid wearing any shade of white, as that is reserved for the bride. It will more than likely be on the hot side, so please where something that you will not get too hot in. Water will be available for the ceremony.

Can I bring a plus-one or my children?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. We are also only allowing specific children, such as our flower-girl or those we have already talked to. We would very much prefer our wedding to be mainly child-free, even though we do love them!
