Question

When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

Please RSVP by May 9th. If we do not hear from you by then, we will assume you are unable to attend and unfortunately will not be able to accommodate you.

What time should guest arrive?

Answer

Doors will open at 5:00 pm, and all guests must be seated by 5:25 pm. The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm. Once the ceremony has begun, late arrivals will not be permitted to enter the ceremony space. Guest who arrives after the ceremony has started are welcome to join us for cocktail hour and the reception. We kindly ask that you plan accordingly and arrive on time.

What is the dress code?

Answer

We kindly request formal or cocktail attire. As our wedding will take place in July in Florida, your comfort is important to us—please dress in a way that allows you to feel your best. That said, all guests are asked to participate in our all-black attire theme. Women may wear an all-black dress of any length, and men may wear a white undershirt if it is worn under a black jacket. Please note that the bride and groom will be the only ones wearing white. Thank you for your understanding. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Can I bring a guest?

Our wedding will be an intimate celebration with our closest family and friends — those we do life with on a daily basis. To preserve the intimacy of our day, plus-ones are limited and have been extended to a select few. We kindly ask that guests attend as listed. Thank you for your understanding.

Can I bring my children?

Answer

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. Select family members have been notified that their children are included. We kindly ask all our guest to attend as listed on their invitation. Thank you for your understanding.

Where is the ceremony and reception?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place in the same venue, making it easy for guests to enjoy the full celebration. Once you have RSVP, the address will be given.

What airports are nearby?

Answer

The closest airport is Orlando Sanford International Airport (SFB) — approximately 15 minutes away. Orlando International Airport (MCO) is approximately 58 minutes away. We have put times without tolls but it is shorter if you decide to take tolls.

Are there hotel accommodations?

Answer

Yes! We’ve reserved a block of rooms at Hyatt Place Lake Mary. To book, please use the group code ADMS or visit our wedding website for full details. Reservations must be made by June 9, 2026. You can find additional information on the Travel tab of our website.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors. During cocktail hour, guest may have the opportunity to step outside, take photos, and enjoy the beautiful view of Lake Mary.

Is parking available?

Yes. complimentary parking will be available directly in front of the venue for all guests.

Will food be provided?

Answer

Yes! Food will be served during cocktail hour and the reception.

Can I take photos or videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests put their phones away during the ceremony so everyone can be fully present in the moment. There will be a designated time during the ceremony when guests will be invited to take photos and videos - please wait for the cue. During the reception, guest are welcome to take photos and videos throughout the evening.

Can I change my RSVP after submitting?

Answer

Yes, we understand plans can change. If an unexpected situation arises, please reach out to either Zion or Quasha prior to the RSVP deadline so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!
