While in NYC, we recommend walking to get to and from your destinations as much as possible to allow you to sightsee as you travel. If you'd like to explore any of the neighborhoods outside of midtown, we recommend taking the Subway. To get Subway directions, type in the name or address of where you are heading into Google Maps or Apple Maps on your phone. Then, change the settings at the top to "transit" by clicking the symbol that looks like a train. Follow the directions given and enjoy! Metro cards are NOT NEEDED to ride the Subway. You can tap your phone or card on the reader to pay as well.

Ride Share

Prior to your arrival, we recommend downloading the Uber and Lyft apps on your smart device. These ride share apps tend to be less expensive than taxis. If you opt for a taxi, you can pay with a debit or credit card inside the cab, or download the CURB app to pay online.
