CHA is the closest airport. We recommend landing here, it's worth the connection! ATL is a 2+ hour drive, but it does have the most direct flights!

See our lodging tab! We have hotel blocks at the Edwin, Read House, and Hampton Inn. We’d also recommend the Marriott and Westin, as well as any B&B on the mountain, but please keep in mind that the shuttle drop offs are only for the hotels with blocks!

Answer

The ceremony and reception are located at the same location yay!!! Shuttles will leave hotel pick-up locations at 4pm SHARP (do not be late!!!!!). Shuttles will leave the venue back to hotel block drop-off locations at 9, 10, and 11pm. We HIGHLY recommend taking advantage of the shuttles to/from the hotel as Ubers aren't always readily available late at night on the mountain.

Yes, with valet. You do not have to pay for the valet but tips are always welcome directly to the valets for their service :) We highly encourage use of shuttles so everyone gets home safe and sound, please!

Black tie optional! The theme is Fairyland Mountain Disco so dress accordingly!!! Think flowy dresses, ruffles, sequins, floor length, tuxedo, and lots of colors!!!
