Check out our "Travel" section for hotel room block rates. We recommend staying near Oakland or SF. We will have shuttle service from our host hotel. If you are not planning on driving, we recommend our Host Hotel!
Chabot (venue) is located within Redwood Regional Park and requires driving through curvy roads to get to the top. There will be a complimentary shuttle service going to and from the venue. Pick-up will start at our host hotel. Shuttle: You may park at our host hotel (parking will cost $$) and catch the complimentary shuttle from the hotel to venue and back. Venue Parking: There is also plentiful free parking at the venue for those who plan on driving (and not drinking!). Guests may leave cars overnight if needed. Security will be provided at the venue. Rideshare: Give yourself ~30 minutes prior to leaving the venue to call your uber. Saturday nights are busy and ubers/lyfts may take a while to get up the hill. (You can also call rideshare from the after-party!)
Dress code is semi-formal. Ladies - this means anything from gowns to cocktail dresses.

You know it! We're offering specialty cocktails, as well as a limited selection of wine and beer during cocktail hour and reception. To show your appreciation for the bartender's hard work, please bring cash to tip. 🍷 🍻 🍹 The after-party at Blind Tiger will be a 💰 cash bar 💰

Yes, you can park at the hotel if you’d like to catch the shuttle from there. There are also parking garages nearby that possibly have lower rates. You may then walk to the 10th St entrance at the Host Hotel to catch the shuttle.
