Rehearsal Dinner

Beach Attire --- you can be relatively casual! Some ideas: linen or lightweight pants, nice shorts, short- or long-sleeved button downs, suits in lighter hues (though suits are certainly not necessary!), sun dresses, maxi dresses, fun hats. Sandals are ok!
After the wedding rehearsal, we'll all meet at the Cochina Restaurant at Mahekal for dinner. Guests that are not part of the wedding rehearsal are also welcome to join for dinner at the restaurant.

Ceremony is on the beach near the Fuego restaurant at Mahekal. There will be a shoe valet!
Cocktail Hour

Cocktail hour will take place on the Las Olas pool deck. Drinks and appetizers will be served. Speciality drinks: Tamarind Mezcalita & Mojito Mahekal Appetizers: Coconut shrimp, vegetable quesadillas, chicken mini tacos, tuna tartare

Dinner will be at Las Olas restaurant and will be buffet style. Dancing to follow! Starters: Seafood cocktail, fresh tuna fish salad, caesar salad, guacamole, cheese soup Main courses: Parmesan chicken breast, beef medallion with shallot sauce, grouper filet with seafood sauce Sides: Poblano peppers w/ cream, vegetarian lasagna, potato au gratin, rice w/ duck confit Desserts: Maracuya creme brule, tiramisu, churros, coconut cake

Hotel bars close at 11pm. But that doesn't mean the fun has to stop! For all the cool cats that can stay up late, there are some awesome bars that are just a stones throw away from the hotel that we'll venture to afterwards.

Post-Wedding Brunch

A hearty meal after a night of partying. Brunch will be at Las Olas restaurant and is included with your room reservation, steps from an infinity pool, the Caribbean, and a pool-side bar!
