We HIGHLY recommend you go see this incredible wonder of the world and UNESCO world heritage site. You can see the main sites at the treasury (where they filmed the end of Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade) and the monastery in a day, or you can stay overnight and explore the entire Wadi Musa area as there are hiking trails all throughout the wider park area.
One of the best preserved Roman cities in the world. You can still see grooves in the road from where traders would bring goods to market. Only 45 minutes from Amman and easy to do in a day. Make sure you hydrate and get a picture with a gladiator!
Jordan's beach town on the Red Sea. Home to excellent beaches and snorkelling and can be a great visit for 1-2 days
One of the most beautiful deserts that we recommend spending a night in to get the full experience. The star gazing is unreal, you can do a camel ride, and you can tie it into your trip to Petra. Famous for being the filming location of Dune, Star Wars, and The Martian!
Spend the day floating in the dead sea and covering yourself with therapeutic mud! Day passes from nearby hotels are readily available.
