Follow Observatory Circle counter clockwise until you see the Pavilion atop a hill on your left. If looking out from the pavilion, the Old Rose Garden is located to the left of the main lawn. Please allow yourself ample time for finding the garden. There is plenty of parking but it may require a few minutes of walking.
