What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will promptly start at 4:30pm. We suggest arriving at the wedding venue 20-30 minutes before to find your seat and read our program.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal / Western attire. Cowboy boots and/or cowboy hats are welcome.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Food allergy dinner accommodations are available. Cocktail hour menu items will be marked as GF, vegan, dairy free, etc.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to and from the hotel/venue can be accommodated by Uber. The hotel is approximately 11 minutes from the venue.

What color is your wedding party wearing?

Answer

The bridal party will be wearing a contrast of greens, mauves, and florals.

Will the ceremony take place inside or outside?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to take place outside. The cocktail hour is planned to be an inside/outside flow. Please dress accordingly. Depending on weather conditions, the venue is prepared to move the ceremony inside in the main ballroom.

Will there be vallet parking?

Answer

Yes, vallet parking is an option. There is spacious parking within the venue space. Please note that there is gravel in the parking lot, for any guests who require smooth pavement for walking/wheelchair.

Answer

Menu orders will be taken at the time of dinner to ensure accuracy and to confirm any food allergies.
