Is there parking at the site?
Answer
Yes! There’s plenty of parking reserved for the event and also in other areas of the park.

Can I bring other people or kids with me?

We have limited seating. If you have a special request please reach out to the bride or groom directly.

I’m out of town, any hotel recommendations?
Answer

Where will the ceremony be?
Answer
The ceremony will take place at The Lodge at Hanson Park located at 23394 Endeavor Drive, Aldie, VA 20105. Please arrive by 1:45pm as we will be starting promptly at 2:00pm

What is the dress code?
Answer
We ask our guests to wear semi-formal or cocktail attire, and for ladies to please avoid wearing white. Please note the ceremony will take place outside in early October - plan accordingly (layers, coats,etc)

Will there be dancing?
Answer
Absolutely, the happy couple will be dancing the night away and hope you will join us. Bring your dancing shoes.

Will there be specific seating arrangements?
Answer
Yes. There will be reserved seating for immediate family during the ceremony, other guests are welcome to seat anywhere and make new friends. There will be a seating chart posted for guests to find their assigned table for the reception.

Can you tell me more about the ceremony and event?
Answer
The non-denominational Christian ceremony will start promptly at 2:00pm we ask our guests to please arrive by 1:45pm. After the happy couple says ‘I do’, there will be an outdoor cocktail hour with light hors d’oeuvres for our guests to mingle and make friends. Reception will be around 4:00pm followed by dancing until 9:00pm.

Will there be alcoholic beverages?
Answer
We will be serving wine and beer. Hard alcohol drinks are not allowed at the venue.

What if I have food allergies or restrictions?
Answer
There will be a variety of options including gluten free, vegetarian and vegan.
