Cocktail attire, or whatever you feel comfortable in - prepare to dress warmly as the event is open air!
Bring layers; it can become quite cold after sunset. If I (Julia) were packing for this wedding, I'd bring a sweater or jacket, socks, maybe a change of shoes! Temperatures can average in the 40°s at night and more than 70° during the day.
