Estivant Pines is the largest tract of old-growth Eastern White Pines preserved in Michigan. It contain hundreds of 300-500 year old white pines measuring from 3-5' in diameter.
Access is from the Copper harbor Marina on M-26 or the parking area 3/10 of a mile west of the marina off M-26 on North Coast Shores Road to Harbor Coast Lane, at the end.
There are two lookouts on Brockway Mountain Drive. The first one is just up the hill with an overview of the Harbor. The second is a couple miles later with a 360 degree view of the surrounding country side and Lake Superior.
Copper Harbor is home to over 35 miles of IMBA Silver Level mountain bike trails. The system is accessed by shuttle or human power via various sources and bikes can be rented at the Keweenaw Adventure Company.

Almost the end of the road. You can access here by either the Keweenaw Point mountain bike trail or by driving slowly.
27 Holes of disc golf and hiking. We play here frequently, and if interested you can play a round of basketball in the grass.
Copper minning was a staple of the local economy for much of the areas history so delve on a self guided tour of this historic mine shaft.
Whether you are interested in hiking or climbing this area will not disappoint. I took Sarah on a date here once, it was cute.
