Question

Will the venue be enforcing social distancing?

Answer

The venue will be providing an environment to allow guests to comply with the social distancing protocols issued by Texas Health and Human Services. Specifically, ceremony chair layout, table spacing, stationed apps, and the bar

Will the venue be enforcing wearing of face masks?

Answer

The order issued by Governor Abbott on 7/2/2020 requires individuals to wear a mask in public, so it is each individual's responsibility to abide by that order. Bride and Groom can be exempt from this order.

Will we need to stay 6 feet apart for family/wedding party photos?

Answer

We will not enforce this since we do not have the correct knowledge on who is within the same family circle. It is the guests’ responsibility to adhere to social distancing requirements.

Can I bring a Plus 1?

Answer

Due to the guest count restriction that our venue has put in place, please do not bring a Plus 1 unless they are listed with your name on your invitation or in the RSVP section of our website. We are only allowed a very limited amount of guests that we must legally adhere to. We thank you in advance.

Can Guests “attending” the wedding together sit together?

Answer

The guidance from Texas Health and Human Services issued on 6/3/2020 specifies that guests “attending” the wedding together (i.e. carpooling) as a “group” can sit together. Groups and Tables are limited to 10 people.

Is dancing allowed? How will dancing work?

Answer

Yes, but again, it is the guests’ responsibility to adhere to social distancing requirements.

How will the bar remain safe?

Answer

We will have plexiglass shields on the bar to protect our bartenders and your guests We will require that masks are worn when approaching the bar Sanitation stations will be located at each bar

How will the food remain safe?

Answer

Passed apps will be stationed and individually plated for guests. Barr will have sanitation stations located around the property and will be easily accessible.

How do I know if I should not come?

Answer

If you are uncomfortable or experiencing any symptoms of COVID including: Cough  Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing  Chills  Repeated shaking with chills  Muscle pain  Headache  Sore throat  Loss of taste or smell  Diarrhea  Feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100.0 degrees Fahrenheit  Known close contact with a person who is lab confirmed to have COVID-19
