Invitations will be specific and will include names of the children who are invited. We love your littles, but kindly ask that only guests named on your invitation attend.
Your invitation will specify how many seats have been saved in your honor. If you received a plus one they will appear when you RSVP - only guests formally invited on your wedding invitation will be accommodated.
We're so excited to see you all dressed up to celebrate with us! Our wedding will be cocktail attire / semi-formal. We’d love to see your best party-ready looks: suits or sport coats, cocktail or maxi dresses, jumpsuits, and great shoes for dancing. Please refrain from wearing jeans or casual attire. We kindly ask that all guests avoid wearing white, ivory, or cream.
While both our ceremony and reception will be indoors, our venue sits on 191 acres overlooking Tulsa county on Concharty Mountain. Our cocktail hour will be outside, which features both a covered patio and open green space. Throughout the evening, our outdoor space will remain accessible to all guests and we encourage you to step outside, get a breath of fresh air & enjoy all the venue has to offer (including snapping amazing sunset photos above the treetops!).
It’s ok, we love to know the menu in advance, too! Throughout the evening, we will serve assorted appetizers and will, of course, serve dessert! Our dinner will be served buffet style and will include salad, herb roasted chicken, a roast beef carving station, potatoes and a seasonal vegetable.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 p.m. Please note, there are two venues on our event property: Riverbend Chapel and Mountain Crest Venue. If you are driving yourself to and from our wedding, please park at Mountain Crest Venue. You will be shuttled to the Chapel for our ceremony, allowing your car to remain parked outside of our receptions pace until you depart. Our shuttle service will begin at 3:45 p.m. If you are using Uber / Lyft / Rideshare - you can get dropped off directly at Riverbend Chapel for our ceremony. After the ceremony, all guests will be shuttled the 1/2 mile our reception venue. Please allow for ample time to park, enter our venue, take in the sights, and get situated. Don't worry... we'll have some bubbly waiting for you :)
Our venue is located in Bixby, Oklahoma. On-site parking is available and rideshares (Uber and Lyft) can easily access the venue as well. Your safety is a top priority for us, please know that the venue allows for overnight parking as needed.
