Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 14, 2026! We need our final guest count by this date for our vendors. If you do not plan on attending, please still go to the RSVP page and select decline.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal to mountain formal attire. Please avoid casual clothing such as jeans or t-shirts. For reference, our family will be wearing suits and long dresses.

When should I travel in?

Answer

We recommend flying in Friday so there is enough time to get from Denver International Airport to Estes Park, which is about 2 hours away. If driving, we also recommend coming in Friday, so there is time to settle in before the festivities Saturday.

Where should I stay?

Answer

Our room block has filled and ended. If you still need a room, please book through the YMCA website or another local hotel. Hotels fill up very quickly in this area during the summer so please book very soon!

Do I have to stay at the YMCA lodging?

Answer

No, however, all wedding weekend events will be held on YMCA property and there is very limited transportation (bus or uber) availability for traveling between other hotels/town and the Y. If you stay off property, we highly recommend renting a car.

Are plus ones and kids allowed?

Answer

All plus ones and children have been listed on your RSVP page. This is a small wedding, so if there is not an additional person listed we unfortunately will not have space for them at the wedding.

Will the wedding be indoor or outdoors?

Answer

Everything is outdoors! The ceremony space is an open space looking out over the mountains, but the reception is in a covered pavilion. In the event of rain or other inclement weather, changed plans will be announced.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4:30 pm. Please arrive and be in your seat before this time.

What is the order of events?

Answer

Ceremony: 4:30 PM - 5:00 PM Cocktail Break: 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM Dinner: 5:30 PM - 6:30 PM Reception: 6:30 PM - 10:30 PM *Subject to change, please check back closer to the wedding date.

I have a food allergy or restriction, can I make a special request?

Please let us know when filling out your RSVP and we will do our best to accommodate! There will definitely be vegetarian options available!

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

Yes! Please see the schedule page for additional activities that will continue to be updated as we approach the wedding.

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block. *Our room block is only available until April 19th and then will be opened up to other reservations so book as soon as possible to ensure availability.
