Black-Tie Optional: Tuxes and gowns are welcome, but not required. Jackets/Suits Required. Kilts require full regalia and Clan Tartan.

The ceremony will be held at The Caves in the lower level. Please no photography during the Ceremony! There will be a cocktail party after the ceremony upstairs in the parlor while the reception is being set up. The bar will be open, and hors d'oeuvres will be served. After the cocktail hour, everyone will head downstairs for the delicious wedding meal and the reception! Please select your preferences from the menu in the dropdowns provided: APPETIZERS: 1. Haggis pithivier, forest berry jus 2 Falafel, hummus, mango chutney, pimentón dulce (gluten free/vegan) ENTREES: 1. Scottish salmon fillet with crispy skin, parsnip & potato mash, Provencal tomato, parsnip crisp, lemon & parsley butter (gluten-free) 2. Cornfed chicken breast stuffed with Scottish cheddar cheese, potatorösti, green beans, red wine jus (gluten-free) 3. Parsnip gnocchi, roasted red pepper & cherry tomato sauce (gluten-free/vegan)
