Travel Note
The road from Asheville to both Laughing Waters AND the Lake Lure Inn is open, but you will see signs saying no access. They are doing this to keep unnecessary through traffic from driving through. When you're about 20 minutes out, there will be a road closed barrier but you can pass around it. Don't worry you're not breaking any rules! It's local traffic only and we are considered local for the wedding. Just follow all the traffic rules, speed limits and drive carefully and respectfully

This is the most convenient airport to the venue. As it is a smaller, regional airport, the flight options are limited.

CLTA is a two hour drive from the venue, but being an international airport, may provide cheaper or more convenient options.
