When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by August 10th, 2026. Either by utilizing the RSVP page on our website, or by contacting Emily via text or call at 315-560-2888.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Parking will be available right at our venue, which will be clearly marked.

Are you registered? Where?
Answer
In lieu of a full registry, we are looking for any monetary support to have a meaningful honeymoon trip outside of New York State! Anything that we do not spend on our honeymoon will be put toward our first home. There is a spot on our online registry to donate, or of course you can choose cash or check. We love and appreciate you all!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive at 4:00 pm, no later than 4:15 pm, to ensure you have proper time to find a seat. The ceremony will start at 4:30 pm.

Is there a dress code?

In the spirit of celebration, we invite you to dress in formal attire, but wear your dancing shoes!

Can I bring a date?

In order to keep our guest list on track, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. You can find clarification on this by searching your name on our RSVP page - if you have a plus one, it will be indicated with your name. You can also reach out to Emily via text or email with questions at 315-560-2888.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
As much as we’d love to invite everyone's children, we are only able to accommodate the children named directly on the formal invitation. Please refer to your RSVP for your allotted seats. Thank you so much for your understanding!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We have reserved three rooms at the Brae Loch Inn in Cazenovia, NY for guests. To reserve one of these rooms, please call the Brae Loch at (315) 655-3431. The rooms are under Ann Wood. ** If you would like to reserve one of these rooms, please do so by Friday, August 14th ** Additionally, if you choose to book one of these rooms, please let Emily know at 315-560-2888. If you would like to see the rooms, please visit their website. I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Question
What kind of food will be served?
Answer
We'll be offering a variety of action stations rather than a traditional plated dinner, giving guests the opportunity to choose from several different options throughout dinner. Included will be a mashed potato bar, a mac and cheese bar, a salad bar, and a carving station with prime rib. A member of the catering team will be at the carving station for your convenience. We will also be providing a harvest table of assorted cheeses, crackers, and meats. Please contact Emily with any questions or concerns at 315-560-2888.
