Things To Do

There is so much to do around the resort and a coupe of neat things to do off property, check out some of our recommendations below!

Snorkeling - Barceló Maya Palace

If you love snorkeling, this resort has a great option to snorkel on property! You can rent equipment from the resort or bring your own gear. The best snorkeling is at the Palace section, directly in front of the jaguar statue. You will see all sorts or marine life and especially turtles. Please do not feed the turtles anything and please do not wear any sort of yellow.

Mini golf - Maya mall

There is mini golf located on the property at the Maya Mall for those interested in playing. It is free during the day and $10 per person after 7 PM.

Spa

Not much explanation needed here. The spa provides a range of services including massages, nail services, etc. If you have premium, make sure you take advantage of the daily hydrotherapy sessions.

Bowling

There is bowling at the strikers bar. It is $15/person for each game

Cenote

What is a cenote you ask? A cenote is an underground cave that has water. Cenotes can only be found in the Yucatán Peninsula of Mexico. Luckily for you, there are several cenotes across the resort that range anywhere from $5-$15/ person. You can swim in these cenotes and they make for beautiful pictures ;)

Xcaret

If you're really looking for a day full of adventure, then look no further. Visit Xcaret. This beautiful property is a water park, amusement park, archeological park, and so much more. If you don't believe me, then listen to the 80K people who've reviewed this on google!
