A cozy tiki bar, Lost Lake is one of our favorite bars in the city! (Tip from the bride and groom: we recommend taking an uber / public transportation instead of driving and not planning to do anything too early in the morning the next day)
The site of our first date! Despite Rachel showing up 30 minutes late (we blame the L), we would call it a success.
If you're in the mood for some fries, stop by Zak's workplace and check out the global menu at the restaurant downstairs!
Grab a drink, bite to eat, or simply take a stroll along Chicago's Riverwalk
Slather on the SPF and hit the beach if you're in town for a few extra days!
The Chicago Pride Parade is on the Sunday following our wedding. It's a ton of fun to watch and join in the festivities if you're sticking around! Don your rainbow gear and glitter and head out there. However, if you have to head to the airport, we recommend avoiding the parade route at all costs.
Walk Michigan Avenue for some great shopping or sightseeing
If you have a sweet tooth or swoon-worthy content for the Gram, this is the place for you. Their milkshakes and desserts are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. and just a short walk from our hotels.
Around the corner from the Ace Hotel - a great food market for lunch, dinner, or drinks! There are pop ups of a number of great local Chicago spots.
