Maid of Honor
There aren't enough to words to describe how much I love Mckenzie Thomas. Our friendship is going on almost eighteen years. We met on the kindergarten playground, when she saved me from bleeding out on the blacktop (actually, that's a bit of an exaggeration. I had scraped my knee and she kindly brought me to the nurse). Ever since that day, we have been inseparable. She has supported and challenged me in ways the have truly impacted the trajectory of my life. She has a strength in giving advice and a talent in making me laugh. And to boot, she is an fellow pizza connoisseur. God gave me one of the biggest gifts that day on the kindergarten playground; my lifelong best friend.
Maid of Honor
I have walked with Katie Sanford since day one of college. I'm not sure I can even number the amount of times she has saved me from my own craziness or made me laugh away stress. Katie has truly shown me what it means to be a true servant. Ask her to help you, and she'll think of a million other ways to push you to achieve what you never thought possible. She also had the gift of cooking! I'm pretty sure she's the reason I gained the Freshman 15 (just kidding! She actually taught me a lot about being healthy). Either way, I'd be lost without her.
Bridesmaid
Emily, Andrew's sister, has such a joyful heart. Right from the beginning, she welcomed me in such a way that made me feel a part of the family. Her love for Jesus and those around her is so evident, as well as her strength. She has a talent for cooking, and for making people laugh. Emily has an easy and accepting way about her; I never have to worry about trying to be the best version of yourself when i'm with her, and I know that anyone who meets her feels the same. I can't wait to continue to get to know her throughout the years to come!
Bridesmaid
Caitlin is one of the most thoughtful human beings I have ever met. We first crossed paths through mutual friends, when she generously let me (a complete stranger) borrow a shirt for a college function. We have been friends ever since. I can trust that when Caitlin asks: "Friend, how are you doing?" and I say: "I'm great!", she'll be faithful to ask: "No...how are you really doing?!" Caitlin has a fierce spirit in her to pursue people. Because of this, my perspective on life has changed as a result of her kindness and generosity.
Bridesmaid
If I have ever met a person who is so full of life, it is Sadie Young. Her classic moto: "Treat yo' self!" has taught me not to take myself, or life in general, too seriously. After meeting her through her sister Sara, our friendship began when we moved into an apartment in Lakewood during our last year of college. Many nights thereafter resulted in conversations that were anything but surface level. Sadie has a gift in bringing joy to any moment; whether that's through random dancing, ice cream, or her wonderful talent for sarcasm. She is a dear friend that I feel extremely blessed to have.
Bridesmaid
Maddie and I met during our Freshman year of college. While we didn't interact much at first, I soon learned we would become best friends. Maddie has a realness about her that I find rare and beautiful. Anyone who meets her soon realizes they can throw away their disguises and just be themselves. She also has an unmatched gift for hospitality and has helped me learn how to open my heart and house to welcome home outsiders. Her love for Jesus and joy in the midst of hardships continues to inspire me every day.
Bridesmaid
When I met this quirky girl who loved chocolate and K-pop, I knew she was something special. A fellow teacher, Leanna and I have laughed over many mistakes and cried over stressful days as we have tried to navigate this crazy journey of pouring into the lives of students. Her love for Jesus and and willingness to embrace the imperfct is of incredible value to me. Somehow, even after several hours, we never run out of things to talk about. I rarely leave a conversation with Leanna without being challenged and encouraged.
Bridesmaid
I knew that Sara would be one of my life long friends when I first experienced her wisdom beyond years. She has mentored me in my faith in ways i'll never be able to repay. Her fervor to know Jesus and desire to share truth among women is her strong suit. Sara's quirky love for cats, chocolate, sushi, and dancing have provided us with many laughs. Most importantly, her journey to marriage also inspired me to continue waiting for the man of God that I found in Andrew.

Groomsman
Kyle Turay is a beast. I have had the privilege of walking along side him in my faith for the past 4 years. We went to high school together at Columbine and reconnected at Red Rocks Church after college. We both became on fire for Jesus at about the same time. From talking Jesus and girls to playing video games together, I have enjoyed doing life with Kyle. Grateful to have a best friend like him in my life.
Groomsman
"Heyyyyyyy.....". Kyle is my step brother and one of my best friends. When our parents married while we were in high school we became close friends. Hanging out at pool, mall, and going fishing together summers were awesome. He is making the trek from Wray to Golden for the wedding. Grateful to have Kyle in my life.
Groomsman
Stephen Mirabito. Where to start. Stephen and I went to Columbine and walked through CU Boulder together. We jammed in my basement, went to concerts, and talked philosophy late into the night. Stephen has always been a person who makes himself available to someone in need and I have appreciated the role he has played in my life. Grateful to have a best friend like him in my wedding.
